Your new role:
You will be working on our Clinical Software applications. Your work will be varied, and you will be responsible for making decisions about how features and systems are built and how our users interact with the systems daily.
You will be working in a small, driven, and dynamic team where we take pride in what we do and the quality of our products. Some examples of work we have done lately to improve our clinical applications include:
Integrating single sign-on into our web application
Using artificial intelligence to warn our users that they might have entered identifiable patient data into our system
Integrated a CI/CD pipeline for deploying our applications
Re-architecting our systems to make use of micro-services
We work in an Agile manner, we have regular stand up meetings, use GitHub to collaborate and manage our workload via a Kanban board.
We want to make sure you are set for success, so the key skills we are looking for in the role are:
Required experience:
TypeScript / JavaScript
Node (NPM)
React
Unit testing (e.g., Jest)
Functional / Integration testing (e.g., Cypress)
CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ADO etc)
API integration (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
Desired experience:
Serverless cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Netlify etc)
Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CDK, Terraform)
Golang
Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
